Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps: ARIA attribute defined inappropriately

      Issue Summary

      On the "Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps" page, an empty aria-label is defined for the setting buttons.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps" page.
      2. Navigate to the settings icon in the header section.
      3. Inspect the element and verify that an empty aria-label is defined.

      Actual Results

      In the header section an empty aria-label is defined for the setting button due to which an accessible name is missing. As a result, screen reader users are communicated with inappropriate information.
      The accessible name is missing for the following instances:
      1. Checkbox below the scope in the main content area- Refer to Screenshot 2
      2. for the "..." three dots below the review changes button- Refer to Screenshot 3
      3. for the collapse table column button- Refer to Screenshot 4

      Expected Results

      Provide an accessible name to the settings icon using aria-label="Setting" and ARIA attributes should be appropriately used with correct semantics and its unnecessary usage should be avoided.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
