Issue Summary
On the "Refine issues displayed" page, the title "Create Advanced Roadmaps Plan - Advanced Roadmaps - InstEnv Jira" does not completely describe the topic or the purpose of the page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate onto the above mentioned page.
- Navigate onto the title of the page and inspect its source code.
- Observe that the title does not describe the topic or purpose of the page completely.

The title "Create Advanced Roadmaps Plan - Advanced Roadmaps - InstEnv Jira" is incomplete. It does not describe the topic or the purpose of the page. As a result, users of a screen reader would find it difficult to understand the nature of the page.
Expected Result
Page titles must be accurate and descriptive. They must describe the topic or the purpose of the page. In this scenario, use a descriptive page title, such as "Set exclusion rules - Create Advanced Roadmaps Plan - Advanced Roadmaps - InstEnv Jira". Make sure that the format of the page titles is consistent across the website, such as page name, page category, and site name.
