Issue Summary
On the "Accessibility assessment | Roadmaps" page, the focus does not return to the parent element that triggered the content when the new content is closed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate onto the mentioned page.
- Navigate onto the "More actions" button and activate it.
- Navigate onto the "Save", or "Save as" button and activate any of them.
- Observe that a modal dialog gets opened.
- Using just a keyboard, dismiss the modal dialog by activating the "Cancel" button.
- Observe that the focus does not return to the parent element that triggered the modal.

Actual Results
When the "Cancel" button is activated to close the "Save" and "Save as" modal dialog, the focus does not return to the "More actions" parent trigger. It instead moves at the top of the page. This illogical focus order might make the page difficult to understand for the keyboard and screen reader users.
Expected Results
When the triggering element is not available, then make sure that the focus returns to the parent element that triggered the content. In this scenario, make sure that when the user dismisses the new content, the focus returns to the parent "More actions" button. This can be done with the “focus” method
