Issue Summary
The “warning” image is provided with inappropriate textual description as “danger icon” in the modal dialog (that becomes available on activating “Delete” button) in the main content area.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Accessibility Assessment - Releases" page.
- Navigate to the main content.
- Navigate to the "More actions" buttons and activate any of these.
- Navigate to the "Delete" button and activate it.
- A modal dialog appears on the page.
- Navigate to the mentioned informative image.
- Inspect the code.

Actual Results
Inaccurate text alternative “danger icon” is provided for “warning” informative image using aria-label attribute.
As a result, screen reader might get confuse about the purpose of this image.
Expected Results
Provide the text alternative as “warning” for the mentioned informative image using aria-label attribute.
