Issue Summary
Instructions not associated with the form fields which causes inconvenience for the screen reader users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Plans" dropdown and select any plan.
- Navigate to the form fields present in the main content area.
- Using screen reader verify that instruction is not associated with the form field.

Actual Results
The instruction "Show capacity on timelineOnly available when grouping by team or sprint", "show a roll-up of dates in the fields and timeline sections." and "Show a roll-up of sprints, releases, teams, and estimates in the fields section." are not associated with their respective form fields "Group by", "Dates" and "Others". As a result, screen reader users might miss out important instructions.
Expected Results
Apply the following changes: * Add "aria-describedby" attribute to the form field.
- Reference the "id" value of the element used to display the instruction text in the "aria-describedby" attribute.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
