Issue Summary
The text such as "Success" and "Changes couldn't be saved" in the status messages which visually appears to be heading is not marked up using HTML heading mark-up.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Plans" in header section and activate any plan.
- Observe the "Plan" page appears.
- Navigate to the "Review Changes" button and activate it.
- Observe the "Review Changes" modal appears.
- Navigate to the "Save Selected Changes In JIra" button and activate it.
- Observe the status message appears.
- Navigate to the mentioned text and inspect the code.
- Observe that, heading markup is missing for text.

Actual Results
The mentioned texts are visually appears to be heading within the status message which appears after activating the "Save Selected Changes In JIra" button. This text is not marked-up using HTML heading.
This resulted in screen reader users finding it difficult to understand the page content structure.
Expected Results
Screen reader should identify the text as a heading for their users. Mark-up the mentioned text using appropriate HTML headings such as <h2>. In addition, use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3> and so on.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
