      Issue Summary

      Within the “Blocks” non-modal dialog, no functionality is provided to close the non-modal dialog which is available by activating the “Blocks”, and "Blocks (about -1 month)" buttons.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "Accessibility Assessment | Dependencies Report" page.
      2. Navigate and activate the "Blocks" button.
      3. Observe that a non-modal dialog appears on the page.
      4. Notice there is no mechanism to close the dialog.
      5.  Try pressing the ESC key to close the dialog.
      6. Notice the dialog does not close.

      Actual Results

      No functionality is provided to close the "Blocks" non-modal dialog (available by activating the "Blocks", and "Blocks (about -1 month)" buttons). As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users were not able to close the non-modal dialog and access the background content/page.

      Expected Results

      By pressing an ESC key or through a mechanism to close the dialog (e.g., close button), users should be able to close the dialog.

      Provide a "Close" button in the "blocks" non-modal dialog for keyboard-only and screen reader users. Also, provide an ESC key mechanism to close the dialog.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
