Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps : Missing label for form fields

      Issue Summary

      Missing label for the input field present beside the "Copy" button in the "Share plan" modal dialog.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "Accessibility Assessment - Roadmaps" page.
      2. Navigate and activate the "Share" button.
      3. Observe that a modal dialog appears on the page.
      4. Navigate and activate the "Link" or "Embed" button.
      5. Navigate to the mentioned instance.
      6. Inspect the code and observe that the label or "title" attribute is not provided for the form fields.

      Actual Results

      The label is not provided for the input fields present beside the "Copy" button in the "Share plan" modal dialog.

      As a result, screen reader users will not understand the purpose of the form fields.

      Expected Results

      There should be a visible label present for the mentioned input field. A visible label such as “Roadmap link” should be provided.

      In addition, the label and input field should be explicitly associated via the “for” attribute of <label> and the “id” attribute of <input>.

      Visible labels help all users to understand the purpose of a form element.

      If providing visible labels is not feasible then there should be hidden labels present for this field using the aria-label attribute.

      NOTE: Before implementing visual labels take approval from content as well as design team.
