Issue Summary
On "Review Changes In Jira" page, Checkbox present in the first column of data table is missing accessible name.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Plans" in header section and activate any plan.
- Observe the "Plan" page appears.
- Navigate to the "Review Changes" button and activate it.
- Observe the "Review Changes" modal appears.
- Navigate to the data table.
- Using screen reader navigate to the mentioned column header.
- Observe that, the column is missing accessible name.

Actual Results
When screen reader users navigate to the Checkbox present in the first column of data table is missing accessible name and just announcing "Unticked / Ticked" tick box which is not describing the purpose of column.
As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the table structure effectively.
Expected Results
The screen reader should announce the label for the mentioned checkbox correctly. Use "aria-label" attribute to convey the purpose of the checkbox to screen reader users as well as maintain the presentation.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
