Issue Summary
The color alone used to indicate the error message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the "Plans" dropdown and activate it.
- Select any plan from the listbox.
- Navigate to the "Custom" expand collapse button and activate it.
- Provide the incorrect dates and check that color alone used to indicate the error message.

Actual Results
When user navigate to date widget and enters wrong date, an error message such as "Choose a start date that’s earlier than the end date." becomes appear in red color text. There is no visual clue to identify an error message such as "error" text or warning icon. As a result, screen reader users might get confuse.
Expected Results
Provide some visual cue or some icon to identify the error message. Provide the text "Error" just before the error message such as "Error: Choose a start date that’s earlier than the end date."
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
