Issue Description:
Presently, the Parent Link field allows users to add any epic/parent, regardless of its association with the Jira project. This flexibility can result in the inclusion of epics/parent outside the intended Jira project.

User Requirement:
To address this, users would like to restrict the available options in the Parent Link field to only those issues within the same Jira project as the parent issue.

Proposed Solution:
To meet this requirement, it is recommended to limit the available options in the Parent Link field to issues that belong to the same Jira project as the parent issue.

Workaround:
Currently, there is no direct workaround. To prevent the inclusion of undesired tickets in the parent issue, it is suggested to remove the "Parent Link" field from the issue page.
