DVCS Connector plugin remove some repositories from UI during periodical sync

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. We need to have Github or Gitlab instance with turned on rate limitation
      2. Create Git  "test" organisation with ~2000 repositories
      3. Connect Git organisation with Jira via DVCS connector
      4. Limit Git instance with rate limit down to ~20 requests per hour
      5. Wait for hourly sync to be run in DVCS Connector plugin

      Expected Results

      We should see unchanged DVCS Connector page of "test" organisation. It should still contain 2000 repositories.

      Actual Results

      DVCS Connector page of "test" organisation doesn't contain any repositories. In real scenario there might visible  some of repositories, or new ones can appear over time.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
