List all the open Sprints in the Plan view, for the Sprint Field, despite the Issue Source

      Currently, the Sprints field only displays the sprints contained in the Issue Source. If required to assign an Issue to a different sprint, it would be necessary to edit the Plan Issue Source, which could cause the Pland to reach the Issue Limits.
