When Advanced Roadmaps is installed, it creates some locked/managed fields, such as Target Start & Target End, and they cannot be deleted.

These fields can be replaced individually in each plan with Date Pickers or even fields of the same special new type added by Advanced Roadmaps, but the fields created by Advanced Roadmaps cannot be removed even if disused.

We would like to be able to remove fields like the Target Start and Target End Custom Fields.
