Problem Definition
At the moment, JPO admin needs to manually add users as team members. It does not allow the admin to add group or role.
Suggested Solution
In some user's scenario, the team looks into group or role instead of individual users. Since member field in JIRA Portfolio plan allows multiple members to be assigned, it makes sense to allow assigning role or group. It would be great to have either of the following:
- Allow adding group/role as team member, OR
- Portfolio automatically grab project roles/group (based on plan sources) and add them as team members
