Add possibility to unshare a team.

      Problem Definition

      It isn't possible to unshare a team at the moment.

      Workaround

      Delete the shared team from the "Manage Shared Teams" page and re-add the team to the plan.

            As we use Portfolio more this is becoming an issue for us. We have a very dynamic business environment that constantly reforms, adds, and removes teams as the businesses we support do the same. Since we can't unshare a team this is causing our shared team list to be cluttered with no longer valid teams.
