Cards inside iframe cannot be submitted due to button offset

To reproduce:

1. Click on a new card to open the issue iframe
2. In the iframe, browse to Agile tab
3. Create a new card within the iframe

Under a 1024x768 and 1280x800 with maximized browser window, the "Create" button can barely clickable. In lower resolutions, the button will be off screen.
