Allow customization of quarters in the '1Y' Plan timeline view

Current Behavior:

When choosing the "1Y" timeline view in Portfolio it divides the year into four quarters and aligns it as:

• Jan Q1/20
• Apr Q2/20
• Jul Q3/20
• Oct Q3/20

Suggested Behavior:

Ability to set the quarters so that it aligns with an organizations fiscal year, and appears as:

• Jan Q4/20
• April Q1/20
• July Q2/20
• Oct Q3/20

Or alternatively, allow it to align the fiscal year of the organizations first quarter, if a month other than January, so it appears such as:

• April Q1/20
• July Q2/20
• Oct Q3/20
• Jan Q4/21

Ideally, it would be great if Jira Administrators could customize these quarters entirely, setting these values accordingly to their companies' quarterly ranges. It would also be amazing to be able to divide the year into trimesters or semesters as well.
