Advanced Roadmaps capacity distribution should honour changes made to the capacity of a team for a particular iteration/sprint and distribute work accordingly.

Problem Definition

Currently, Advanced Roadmaps capacity distribution does not take into consideration updates made to the capacity of a team for a particular iteration or sprint and distribute the work to the rest of sprints/iterations. Having this ability would help in better planning, consider a situation where an iteration's capacity needs to be adjusted, for example when a developer is on leave, capacity distribution should consider this change and distribute the work accordingly to the rest of the iterations.
