Greenhopper plugin doesn't use jira date settings

      Jira 4.1.2 introduced new option in General Configuration:
      "Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker" and the Greenhopper plugin should be using it.

            Hello,

            GreenHopper switched to the JIRA date picker and settings a few versions ago, apologies for not picking this up earlier.

            I would suggest to reuse jiras calendar, so it would have same skins, language translations and so on.
