Make initiatives and themes etc. available to the JIRA search or as fields that can be filtered with JQL.

      In order to enable the proposed portfolio structure of JIra Projects = teams/deploy-able assets and Initiative = projects and take advantage of other Add-Ons like story mapping JQL for Initiative and Theme needs to be enabled.
