Health indicators such as RAG (Red, Amber, Green) are widely adopted in Project Management and stats reporting everywhere.

This request is to have Jira and Advanced Roadmaps provide this feature natively.
This visual indicator should work in filter results, dashboard gadgets, Jira issue view, agile boards and Roadmap Plans.

Given the wide variety of thresholds from context to context, company to company, it may be more adequate to allow the field to be inputted (like a Select List) instead of dynamically calculated.
