      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, capacity overview only available in each plan but not as a global. A global capacity overview would allow users to plan for team members that are working on multiple projects/plans.

            Hello, yes could be useful to manage team members availability rates, vacation time, and simulate individual load reports as well against the Assignee field.
