Problem Definition

Currently, whenever a Plan or a Team is created or deleted on Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio), no information is recorded about who created the Plan, and when it was created.

Suggested Solution

It would be useful for administrators to have this information on Jira's Audit logs, as it already happens for Boards and Dashboards.
