There is no option to re-include the Archived Releases in the plan.

Suggestion

There should be an option to have archived releases available under the "Releases excluded from the plan". To add a flag in Advanced Roadmap in order to let issues with the release version archived be visible in the plan.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
