Issue Summary

When reviewing changes in the Plan's Review Changes Modal, if one or more review items have warnings and the User hit the save button, the save action will fail for all items.

We would like to know if it's possible to save the review items in the modal that don't have warnings, instead of failing it for all items.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. There is more than one item in the Review Changes modal popup;
2. The User that's approving the changes don't have access to one of the Project's Issue, but has access to the other;
3. Save the reviewed changes.

Expected Results

1. Saving the Review items independently

Actual Results

1. Saving fails for all Review items

Workaround

As per link shared above, the Review items with warning icons should be reviewed before saving/approving the list.
