Currently, when creating an issue through the plan, an Issue Type is selected by default picked from the configured Issue Types on the project/source:

The issue is that there's no way to define default issue types to choose which ones are automatically selected in this process.

The existing logic apparently gives preference in showing the default issue types first (Bug, Story, etc), but after removing those and leaving only added issue types, it doesn't follow any logic that we can use to control this behaviour.

There should be a way to set which Issue Type is picked by default.
