Issue Summary

"Select this and all descendant issues" option selects even issues not in view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new plan;
2. Create a issue in hierarchy from Epic to Sub-task;
3. Change the hierarchy scope from Epic to Story (to effectively hide sub-tasks away);
4. From the epic, click ... > Select this and all descendant issues;
5. Attempt to bulk change issues and verify that Sprint and Teams are disabled;

Expected Results

The feature only selects issues that are visible. Since we are going from Epic to Story, it should not select sub-tasks;

Actual Results

The feature also select hidden issues;

Workaround

1. Filter all issues you want to bulk change using the filter options;
2. Select them all using the top check box;
3. Bulk change as desired;
