Ability to filter issues by Cross-Project Release

      Currently Cross-Project Release is a ARM resource, and we can't use it as a filter criteria in Jira Issues.

      Expected behavior:

      Search issues by their Cross-Project Release

      Workaround

      Use the Fix Versions used in the Cross-Project Release to filter issues accordingly.
