Support custom HTML in custom field options when filtering

      Problem Definition

      Custom HTML is custom field options shows properly in Jira. For example, if admins need to customize text colors.

      • <font color="red">Red</font>
      • <font color="yellow">Yellow</font>

      When adding such a custom field to a Portfolio plan and using it in a filter. Colors won't be shown.
      The entire HTML text will be visible.

      Suggested Solution

      Render the HTML to show the options colored in the Portfolio filter.

      Workaround

      None

      Note

      This is logged a feature request and not a bug because HTML customization isn't supported in Jira.
