No warning when deleting filter used in as issue source in plan

      Summary

      A user is able to delete a filter used in a JIRA Portfolio plan. The user is not warned that the filter is used in a plan.

      When the filter is deleted the issue source is removed from the plan. Issues associated with that source will also be removed from the plan, provided they are not associated with another issue source.

      Suggested Change

      Warn user when deleting filter associated with JIRA Portfolio plan.

      Notes

      A warning is presented when deleting a filter associated with a JIRA Software board. A similar warning is desired for JIRA Portfolio.
