Add support for version picker custom fields

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      At the moment portfolio doesn't support "version picker" custom fields.  

      We use currently use "Fix Version/s" for complete tasks and a custom field called "Target Version" for planning purposes.  Unfortunately setting the "Releases" field updates the wrong field.  

      Two options

      1. Add support for "Version Picker" custom fields
      2. Allow "Releases" to update custom fields
