Option to disable creation of Releases/Versions from ARJ interface

      Issue Summary

      When a customer has internal policies and workflows around the creation of Releases/Versions, ARJ users are able to bypass these and create Releases/Versions directly through the ARJ interface.

      Desired Result

      We are requesting a configuration setting or property to disable the creation of Releases/Version in the ARJ interface.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
