As a PgM, I want to plan capacity based on individual assignee capacity.

Expected Results

Auto-schedule incorporates both individual (i.e., issue assignee) capacity as well as team capacity within its calculations and scheduling of issues.

Actual Results

Roadmap view currently (as of JPO 3.19.x) displays issue assignees (as its own column), yet the Auto-Schedule feature does not incorporate issue assignee data into its algorithm.

From usability perspective this is confusing, as a PM might expect the Assignee column to be a factor in the Gantt chart scheduling.

Notes

This is functionality that was built into Microsoft Project's planning feature set.
