      Portfolio is not able to force assignment parallel stories to releases when capacity doesn't mind. Stories are currently planned in order to capacity.

            +1 for this feature. I would like to start two Epics at the same time and not in sequence. Right now if the Epics scope is the same as the sprint velocity, this is not possible.
