Issue Summary

When issues are scheduled in Portfolio using "Auto schedule" by following steps below, Portfolio schedule issue with more estimates in single Sprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Portfolio plan and connect it to a new Project.
2. Create 4 Epics in the plan.
3. Set 30 Story points for first 2 Epics & 20 Story points for the last 2 Epic's.
4. Create 2 teams in the Portfolio plan.
5. For each team set the Sprint velocity to 20 & Sprint length to 1 week
6. Click on "Auto-schedule".

Expected Results

Portfolio schedule the Epic's to 2 separate Sprints since each Sprint is configured for 20 story points only and the first 2 Epics has more than 20 story points.
