As a Jira administrator I would like to have Events available on Create Plan and Create Program in Advanced Roadmaps so that I can trigger actions to follow up on newly created Plans and Program.
This will allow administrators and support teams to follow up on newly created plans, such as (for example):
- Automatically send an email with tips and tricks
- Contact the plan owner to ask if any help is needed
- Update administrations
