As a Program Manager, I would like to be able to create multiple programs that contain the same or subsets of Plans as other programs, so that I can see the same information in different views depending on my perspective.

This is helpful when using the Schedule View to communicate with front of house teams who have varying concerns across different plans.

Interim workaround: Create duplicate plans with the same Filter.
