Log Portfolio child changes related historical entries in parent issue

      Problem Definition

      Currently, if a Parent issue is linked to a child issue via Advanced Roadmap hierarchy, these changes will not be logged in the parent issue's historical entries. Similar behaviour happens when child issue is disassociated with the parent issue where the operation is not logged in parent issue's history entries.

      Suggested Solution

      Log add/removal action of child issues in parent issue.
