Today using Advanced Roadmap I have an 
Jira Issue Hierarchy provided by Atlassian.

In my projects the team uses other issue types and I can make this hierarchy visible without affecting the "default configuration" which is used in other projects.

This I would like the capability to define per project the item issue hierarchy to be presented by Advance Roadmap plugin.
