Issue Summary
When typing in the Parent Link field on the issue view screen, the autocomplete will show you suggestions only if you typed a complete word, or a full issue key. If you only typed a few characters, no autosuggestions shown. This is misleading to users who might think there is no parent available.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a parent task with the subject "Object 1" available and key PROJ-12. Try to have this parent come up in Parent Link dropdown in the issue view by typing "O" or "Ob" or "Obj".
Expected Results
Parents come up as soon as you start typing, so if you typed "Obj", you will get PROJ-12 coming up as a parent.
Actual Results
If you type "Obj" or "PRO" no autocomplete suggestions are shown. If you type "Object" or "PROJ-12", then the parent comes up as a suggestion.
Workaround
Use full words or full issue key to link to a parent.
