Some teams have given the Jira Administrators permission to groups that might need that access in Jira, but not in Portfolio. The inability to restrict who gets the Portfolio Administrator permission can be a big problem for some teams, since not all Jira permissions will evenly translate into Portfolio permissions on all systems for all companies.
