Right now when for example assigning users, Advanced Roadmaps will show the full list of assignable users in the entire instance, it will not respect the assignable user permission on a project until the change is committed. Some companies have a "tenant" based system, this means they don't necessarily want one client seeing the usernames of another, even if they can't assign them something. Adding this feature will also restrict what issue sources a user can setup based on permissions.
