History Action Log for Advanced Roadmaps Plan (Portfolio) changes

      As an administrator i'd like to see: who did when what on a specific data object plus former value/new value.

      Change log of data changes in the plan (changes to the Jira issues that are in its scope) and change log of plan configurations (e.g., changes to the scope, permissions, views, etc.) should be included.
