When I deactivate a column in the CFD the graph is not updated correctly. Rather than just removing the displayed column it should actually redraw. Otherwise is give a wrong impression. For example as you can see in my Graph that is attached I removed the "Done" Column, now the "Resolved" column has suddenly gotten bigger giving the false impression that there are more issues in a "Resolved" state than there were before.
Ideally I would like to see something more like the second graph in this Article http://ourfounder.typepad.com/leblog/2009/08/the-cumulative-flow-diagram-high-performance-monitoring.html
The result would of course not visualize the lead time anymore but it can give a better understanding of the change in Work in Progress over time.
