Resolution: Won't Fix

As a project administrator,
I want the ability to disable the automatic print feature when I use the Print Chart feature,
So that I can more easily capture and send chart information to stakeholders.
We have stakeholders that refuse to use Jira but I need to keep them informed about our sprint progress. I want to email the daily issue burndown to them each day but this doesn't appear to be an option. I could easily automate this process via the 'Print Chart' feature but that page automatically tries to print the page because it has an onload event of window.print();
It would be great if I could pass in an CGI variable to disable the onload event.
Also, and this appears to be a different issue entirely, but the chart doesn't always appear to be the one I expect. I've found that the chart appears to use my logged in defaults rather than the parameters I'm passing it. The following is a sample url:
I'm asking for the issueburndown chart but if the last thing I looked at was the hours burndown chart and then I follow that link, I'll see the hours burndown chart. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I don't know...
Hi Joe,
I am closing this as we will not provide the option to disable the automatic print on the Print Cards.
Thank You.
