Symptom
If users added the customized column(s) in Task Board under GreenHopper 3.*/4.*, after upgrading GreenHopper 5.* the issue count statistics in Version Panel of Planning Board, such as 'In Progress'/'Done' count, may not be correct. This problem is only exposed when the customized column is added at the end position of Task Board columns with the different column name.
Workaround
1. If customizing template configuration globally
- Go to Administration -> GreenHopper -> Project Templates
- Select the customized template
- Click 'Reset to default configuration' link
- Recreate the all customized columns, and have to keep the name of last column unchanged as "Done".
- Go to Agile -> Tools -> Configuration -> Task Board Mapping, click "Reset to default configuration" link to reset project template
2. If customizing template configuration on project base
- Go to Agile -> Tools -> Configuration -> Task Board Mapping, click "Reset to default configuration" link to reset project template
- Recreate the all customized columns, and have to keep the name of last column unchanged as "Done".
