The List view (standard not compact as in Task Board) will show all the fields as configured if the browser size is large enough. As the available space decreases, to protect the ability to view and edit fields, some fields will not be shown.
The priority for the fields is as follows:
The issue-key (with priority + type icons and any parent/sub keys)
An issue flag icon or released icon (if present)
The corner field (if present)
Then from left to right as selected in the configuration screen.

In List view I hiding the Statistics column when not needed will increase the space available.
