Ranking other Projects Issues?

      We have multiple projects in JIRA and a few projects using the GreenHopper plug-in for agile (Scrum). The "back-log" of our projects using agile is prioritized by the the product manager,

      Can tasks coming in from other projects be prioritized in the projects using Scrum by using the Ranking feature?
