Improve the error message on the TB transition by providing information on what condition/validator/step is preventing the transition of a card

The customer requires to get the exact reason that prevents the transitioning in Task Board; for example, when using the default workflow shipped with JIRA, there's a condition on "Start Progress" transition - "Only the assignee of the issue can execute this transition.", and when user makes the the transition from "TO DO" column to "IN PROGRESS" column, they may get the error message "Sorry, no transitions were found! Are you meeting all the workflow step conditions? If so you might want to verify your Task Board mapping.", but it's a little hard for them to understand the true reason except they're administrator to check workflow. They want to see the specific reason in that popup, e.g. "you should be assignee of this task to make this transitioning".
